Co-facilitator: Jen has a Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, and practices Intuitive Life Coaching, and provides End of Life Doula services infused with Reiki at Inspired by Jen in Lexington, MI.  You will feel the good vibes Jen radiates, learn valuable tools to take with you on your healing journey, and feel more balanced and at peace by the end of the retreat. She brings a wealth of experiences and meets you right where you are with her teachings. She provides a sense of calm and helps you open up to your inner knowing and healing ability. 

Co-facilitator: Beth will make you feel at peace immediately with your first Sound Bath. She is a certified Reiki Practitioner, Yoga Instructor, and runs her own Sound Healing business called Centered by Sound located at the TreeHouse in Bad Axe, MI. You will feel comfortable immediately with her relaxed presence and sense of humor. Beth guides us into a deep relaxation state to help nuture your body and mind through her teachings and orkshops.
