During this weekend, we will cover:

Reiki Level I: Foundations of Healing Saturday, September 7th, 2024 9am-4pm

In Reiki Level I, you will begin your journey into the world of Reiki, a gentle yet powerful energy healing practice. This foundational course introduces the basics of Reiki, including:

• Understanding Reiki: Learn the principles and history of Reiki, and explore how it works to promote healing and balance.
• Self-Healing Techniques: Discover how to use Reiki for personal wellness, including techniques for channeling energy to yourself to enhance physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
• Hand Positions: Master the basic hand positions used to channel Reiki energy during sessions.
• Energy Awareness: Develop sensitivity to energy fields and learn how to sense and direct energy flow.
• Reiki Attunements: Receive your first Reiki attunement, which opens your energy channels and prepares you to channel Reiki energy effectively.
• Practical Experience: Practice giving Reiki to yourself and others under the guidance of an experienced instructor.

Reiki Level II: Advanced Techniques and Practitioner Skills Sunday, September 8th, 2024 9am-4pm

Reiki Level II builds upon the foundations established in Level I, expanding your skills and deepening your practice. This advanced course includes:

• Reiki Symbols and Mantras: Learn and use powerful Reiki symbols and mantras to enhance your healing abilities and focus energy more effectively.
• Distance Healing: Master techniques for sending Reiki energy across time and space, allowing you to offer healing to individuals who are not physically present.
• Advanced Hand Positions: Explore advanced hand positions and techniques to address more complex issues and enhance your healing sessions.
• Emotional and Mental Healing: Develop skills to support emotional and mental healing, helping clients release deeply held traumas and blockages.
• Professional Practices: Learn about the ethics and practical aspects of becoming a professional Reiki practitioner, including how to conduct sessions, maintain client relationships, and establish a practice.
• Additional Attunements: Receive further attunements to strengthen and expand your Reiki abilities.

Both levels offer a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical experience, ensuring you gain a comprehensive understanding of Reiki and its applications. Whether you're seeking personal growth or professional development, these classes will equip you with the tools and confidence to practice Reiki effectively.

About your instructor: 

 Presented Dr. Jen Vogtmann, Occupational Therapist & Reiki Master Practitioner 

Jen holds a doctorate in occupational therapy and has worked in the medical industry for over 20 years.  She discovered the substantial benefits of energy work in combination with traditional treatment and is passionate about teaching others to use energy healing in their own daily self practice, with loved ones, professionally and yes even with pets!

Preparation: 

Dress comfortably for ease of movement. Feel free to bring a mat for seated activities; chairs will be provided. All materials for the Usui Method will be supplied. Lunch is not provided, but local dining options are available nearby. Don't forget to bring a snack and water to stay refreshed throughout the weekend.

Investment: 

$360.00 covers the cost of the manual, attunement, and training. You will receive a Level I & II Certification and upon completion, can add it to your practice.
