Create Peace: Pre-death planning

Service Description

Jen will help you to create and process a plan for your final days. She will provide scenarios so you can have freedom of choice with real life examples. Jen will guide you to complete all your wishes including healthcare considerations, how you want to be treated, where you want to be, and who you want to be with. She will provide eco friendly and traditional options for burial and life celebrations, and help you communicate your wishes to your medical team and family. Additional service options: Bedside vigil and support and guidance for both you and your loved ones throughout the process. During our sessions Jen can work with you towards accepting the given diagnosis, and understanding the dying process, completing a life review and processing any unfinished business such as dealing with regrets, forgiving yourself or others, or simply listening to what is on your mind. Jen promotes quality of life and helps you and your loved ones find peace while preserving dignity and respect throughout your final days. Service explanation: This service is designed to create a warm, loving experience for you or your loved ones to help you prepare for the final phase of life and is meant to "bridge the gap" and complement hospice and other support services, allowing you to be more present and at peace with an established plan and support. Death plans provide ease to our loved ones while providing your care and gives you a sense of control and peace throughout your final days.
