Service Description

This initial consultation focuses on enabling you to maximize your capacity to participate in life activities that are important and meaningful to you and your overall health and wellness. Together, we will create a plan to help you develop the abilities to adapt and organize activities related to self-care, home management, education, work, and/or leisure activities into daily routines to prevent and minimize dysfunction, promote and develop a healthy lifestyle, and facilitate adaptation and recovery from injury, disease, or developmental challenges.
