Intuitive Life Coaching Sessions

Service Description

As an occupational therapist and energy healer, I am your best life coach! I will provide you with valuable practices, transformative experiences and 1:1 support to rely on your intuition and build and enhance your overall state of well-being with your body, mind, and spirit. In these sessions we begin with a short discussion about what has been coming up for you physically, energetically, mentally, emotionally. You can expect us to discuss where you want to go in any or all aspects of your life. I will utilize many productive tools in this discovery process and help you connect with your inner wisdom. Once we agree upon the goals and approach, I spend hours outside of the session to provide you with as much information you need for success. Each session builds upon each other. Even one session can provide clarity around where you are and what you want to achieve. Each session will be geared to get you closer to your goals and deepen your understanding of your higher self. Online and in -person personalized sessions and packages are available. Flex spending accounts may be used with a doctor's prescription.
