I will provide you with valuable practices and 1:1 support to heal your body, identify any energy imbalances causing you physical or emotional pain, guide you through the process of healing, helping you to apply new habits, thoughts, and beliefs to make the changes live the life you desire! As an intuitive life coach, I will help you to depend on your inner knowing for guidance in all aspects of life. I will help you to see clearly, create a vision for where you want your life to go, and make a plan to get you to your destination. I will help guide and support you to achieve your goals and dreams. You can also expect to receive training on your energy system and how your beliefs effect your anatomy. I help you gain the necessary knowledge by building your intuition and teach you ways to attract and accumulate what you seek in life including: Self love Build Confidence Deepen spirituality Heal relationships Achieve a sense of calm and peace Heal from grief and emotional wounds As a intuitive life coach I use holistic healing techniques which may include: Crystal healing – Many people subscribe to the belief that crystals and gemstones have healing properties and can absorb and give out energy. Sound & Reiki Energy healing – Reiki is a Japanese touch healing method in which the practitioner manipulates and channels energy into the client’s body. This form of healing is designed to move energy where it is needed and restore balance within the mind and body. Sound therapy is a full-body meditative experience when you listen to resonant sounds. Chakra healing – Chakra healing originates in India and stems from the idea that humans house a number of chakras, or energetic fields, that correspond with different areas of the body. It utilizes knowledge of these energetic centers to establish harmony and balance. Mindful Meditation - Practicing mindfulness involves breathing methods, guided imagery, and other practices to relax the body and mind and help reduce stress. Inquiry Based Stress Reduction - "The Work" is simply a process of remaining alert too and questioning thoughts. It is a simple, powerful, meditation practice that can shift your thinking that causes you stress and come to a new reality. VIRTUAL OPTION: Please email to schedule a virtual session.
