As an Occupational Therapist and Integrative Health Practitioner,

I am YOUR BEST Life Coach!

Utilizing a Mind, Body, and Spirit approach, I will provide and assist you with an individual wellness plan based on your values, beliefs, and routines to reach your goals!

What does a session look like:

During a session you can expect us to discuss and explore where you are at and where you want to go in any or all aspects of your life.  I will utilize many productive tools in this discovery process.  Once we agree upon the goals and approach I spend hours outside of the session gathering tools and doing research to provide you with as much information you need for success.  Each session builds upon each other.  Even one session can provide clarity around where you are and what you want to achieve. Each session provides tools to get you closer to your goals and deepen your understanding of self.
