5 STEPS FOR SUCCESSFUL END OF LIFE PLANNING CONVERSATIONS: INSPIRED BY JEN & SANILAC COUNTY HISTORICAL VILLAGE & MUSEUM

In this compassionate and resourceful workshop, you will be provided a planning checklist and will be invited to participate in end of life conversations or simply observe.  You may experience:

• Increased readiness to undertake end-of-life planning, and other challenging conversations.
• Gain insight into the intentions, concerns, context, and importance of end-of-life planning conversations in your life. 
• Be guided through key steps for having successful and meaningful end-of-life planning conversations.
• Gain clarity about the benefits of preplanning for your loved ones.

Bio: Jen from Inspired by Jen has her practice in Lexington and provides Wellness and End of Life Doula services in Sanilac County. She holds a Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, is certified as a death doula and an advance care facilitator. She has participated in extensive training programs in Wellness and End of Life preparation & direct care and worked in the medical industry for 23 years. Jen provides both western and holistic practices and can provide real life examples when preplanning and shares a wealth of resources.
