Payment Schedule After the deposit is received, the remaining balance will be divided into two equal payments. These two payments will be billed evenly between the date the deposit is received and 90 days prior to the retreat start date. All payments must be completed no later than June 13, 2026 (90 days before the event). Payment timing will vary slightly depending on the date the deposit is submitted, but payments will always be spaced evenly within this timeframe.
