Healing through Dance inspired by Arielle Star Triana's Ecstatic Dance Movement, facilitates connection to the body in order to release stored feelings and emotions from stress, tension and trauma. This is guided free-form movement performed in a safe space to get you out of your mind and into your body as an entry point of spiritual evolution and conscious awakening.
