Self Care Workshop

Reiki is a safe, non-intrusive form of energy healing that reduces tension, anxiety, and grief, while creating a sense of well-being. Universal energy used during Reiki assists each person to heal themselves and others. During this Reiki Level 1 certification training class, participants become attuned to their own healing energy. Self-awareness grows while physical and emotional pain recedes. The course includes the following:

• Step-by-step instruction tailored to the needs of each student and their learning style
• Hand placement and hands-on practice on yourself and others
• Exploration of what Reiki practice is, what it isn’t, and how to practice
• History and origins of Reiki practice, including it’s journey from Japan to the West
• Ethics of practice
• Help and support to incorporate Reiki practice into your everyday life
• Access to teacher support both in and out of class
• 1 attunement (initiation)
• Journal and manual for each student
• Start up kit
• Reiki level I certification upon completion of the course
• Lunch included
