"Bathe" in the relaxing sounds of Quartz crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, various drums, wind instruments, string instruments and the grounding effects of a Chau gong.
No Meditation Experience Necessary!
Due to the nature of the session and out of respect for others please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to scheduled start time to get settled in.
What to Bring: Bring a water bottle, wear comfy clothing and bring any props you may need to be comfortable while sitting or lying down on the floor: yoga mat or meditation chair, blanket, pillow, bolster, eye covering, etc.
